For Avatars / AssetsProvide details at checkout. Failure to do so, will result in violation of TOS.NO REFUNDS. You receive the digital product, therefore I will not dish refunds.Do NOT upload any avatar publicly.Do NOT upload avatars for anyone other than yourself. (Unless both parties own the product). ALTs are okay, just list any in the information when buying the product!Do NOT claim my work as your own.Do NOT resell avatars or assets found on avatars that are edited by me.NO ASSET MINING. Please purchase the assets from the original creators if you'd like to use them for yourself. If you'd like to use an edit of an asset for personal use, you can contact me through tickets. The same goes for any tattoos that are made by me on avatars.Do NOT price split or redistribute any package or asset.You may use any avatars for any streaming, videos, tiktok or vtubing, etc. As long as proper credit is given.You may edit my avis however you want, but please credit the original.If found violating T.O.S, you will be banned from both my store, and my discord. All I ask is for support so I can continue to make things for you to enjoy!

For Commissions
State everything before the commission starts, I will ask for confirmation through every milestone I reach.
Please do not hesitate to reach out and ask questions.Please do not spam me. I will keep constant contact. There is no need to spam me for my attention.
After 1 week of the completion, I will delete any video projects. So please make sure you are getting what you want.Payment will be after the commission is done, I will use watermarks to avoid being scammed. In rush orders, the payment will be given first.As much as I enjoy occasional side conversations, please do not make it a severe habit to make conversion with me about anything other than our business.
